We do not guarantee results, specific credit score improvements, or outcomes. Each client’s results depend on their individual credit profile and participation.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for consulting services must be paid as agreed in your signed service agreement. No refunds are provided after services begin, unless required by law
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete information. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data provided by clients.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, logos, documents) is owned by SFSS Consulting Group and may not be copied, sold, or reused without written permission.

Refund Policy
SFSS Consulting Group, LLC does not authorize the issue of refunds unless clients have delivered written notice or rescinding or terminating services for credit repair within 3 days of signing contracts. Refunds will not be issued for business formation services, notarial services, CPA advisory, or any other services unless outlined in contracts. Credit repair clients understand and agree that all payments made for monthly credit repair services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
The monthly subscription covers administrative, strategic, and operational activities—including but not limited to credit analysis, document preparation, disputes, consulting, and compliance measures—that begin immediately upon renewal. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services once a billing cycle has started.
Client may cancel future billing at any time with written notice but remains responsible for charges already processed.
